We are improving the design on the single flanged idler from every aspect. The hardening process on the idler wheel itself is being hardened to an increased depth for longevity as the components of the idler assembly are also lasting longer. We have upgraded the inside using the highest quality German engineered bi-metal bushings with dual-faced seals that are designed to compress under the load of the track loader to provide proper sealing between the faces as the rubber prevents any debris from entering as the seal floats and allows the oil to flow through precise openings along the shaft. Now these idlers will run smoother and cooler allowing the bushing and seals to last significantly longer. Enhancements in the hardening process are also underway to ensure consistent and even hardness throughout each type of sprocket we offer.
